An imperative action is requested and required of all concerned and active Americans to participate in the act of self-governance and address this issue to your political representative(s) involved in elections. It is important this communication reach them by September 3, 2022 because on this date the federal statute of limitations for retaining election data can legally be erased. While it is not common practice for election officials to erase election data from their Election Management System or voting machines, the 2020 election was the most highly contested election in American history and was also held illegally as evidence of fraud, evidence of security deficiencies, and criminality.
There is an ongoing judicial struggle between the people and their local and state election officials. This struggle has often spilled over into the courts of law. Since November 2020, dozens of investigations, audits, canvasses, and individual analysis of data have taken place across America. To this point some of these cases have resulted in a recommendation for decertification. Dozens of lawsuits have gone out across the nation holding election officials responsible for utilizing unlawfully certified voting machines by unaccredited Voting System Testing Laboratories, a state and federal requirement in most instances. And now, here is another weapon we the people are using on this battlefront to restore our republic.
The following lawsuit template was drafted up and shared by ToreSays, an investigative journalist, livestream and podcaster, and whistleblower. As September 3, 2020 is the deadline for retention statutes on election data, this is why it is important to send this immediately to your election representatives. In most cases this will be your County Commissioners, your County Election Official or Clerk. As September 3rd is literally the day after tomorrow, I recommend e-mailing this document to these “elected” officials once you have filled in the necessary information. I would also send an e-mail copy to your state representative and senator, as well as their federal counterparts from high up on Capitol Hill.
Next, mail a physical copy to these same individuals. Don’t worry that they will receive it after the 3rd, you can bet there are thousands of these that have been and/or are in correspondence. The important thing is these people, who represent your will and voice, know your position on this so they can act accordingly.
READ the document. It is about retaining our election data. It says your thinking about litigating against the state over the grievances cited. All we have to do is read it and fill in the names of our elected representatives.
